York Airport

Kitty Hawk is a classic diner style eatery located on the grounds of York Airport (KTHV). Kitty Hawk was formerly known as Orville’s before changing ownership in January of 2009. Their dining room ceiling is littered with highly detailed, hand built aircraft models, which are studiously assembled by one of THV’s lineman, Earl Worthington.

The York Airport is located off Route 30 in PA between the towns of York and Gettysburg. The FAA identifier is KTHV, and the airport is also known as the York Thomasville, or even Thomasville airport. This is a result of its close proximity to the town of Thomasville, PA.
